Can I place an order with Liner Profi as a private customer?
No, we currently only offer our products to business customers. To place an order you will need a valid VAT identification number (e.g., DE123456789).
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for each item can be found on the product page. If you need more, please contact our customer service team. We will then try to find a customized solution for you.
Are the prices in the online shop including or excluding VAT?
The prices of the items are quoted excluding VAT. When you log in, the prices will be displayed including or excluding VAT, according to your tax settings.
Can my order be shipped to a different delivery address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process. This address will be saved in your customer account for future orders. You can also save multiple delivery addresses.
Where can I redeem my discount code?
Enter the discount code in the “Promo Code” field in your shopping cart and click on the check mark. The discount will be deducted automatically.
Where can I enter my order number?
You can enter your order number in the comment field of the order form before completing your order. It will then appear on your invoice.
What payment options do I have at Liner Profi?

PayPal
After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. Log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.

Credit card
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the payment provider Mollie. Follow the steps to complete the credit card payment.

Invoice
You will receive an invoice after the goods have been shipped. Please pay the amount within 20 days of the invoice date.

What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we will contact you as soon as possible. You are also welcome to contact our customer service directly.
Which countries does Liner Profi deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in the European Union. Delivery to Switzerland, Norway, and other neighboring countries upon request.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated per packaging unit based on your delivery address. The final amount will be displayed before you complete your order.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of order. If there are any delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Delivery times depend on the respective delivery area. Within Germany, delivery takes 2-3 business days. For international shipping, you can expect delivery within 7 business days. Please note that these are approximate times for guidance only. We do not guarantee the specified delivery times. We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and GO!.
