Bag-in-Box 2.25 Liter Set – Carton and Bag A set consists of a carton with a particularly protective base and a bag. Perfectly suited for filling liquids such as juices, wine, oils, and many other products. Capacity: 2.25 liters, special closure according to the new guideline. Neutral brown color for printing or labeling, especially stable with 2.9 mm B-wave carton. Carton dimensions: 151 x 106 x 222 mm (Length x Width x Height) Bag dimensions: 245 x 300 mm (+/- 5 mm) Closure: iTap solo Internal material: LLD/LDPE 50 μm External material: EVOH 66 μm Filling instructions: Lay the bag horizontally and fill with the liquid. Press out any trapped air bubbles as much as possible. Attach the tap, and for hot filling (around 80°C), place the bag in the carton with the tap facing upward and allow it to cool down to around 25°C. Never lift hot bags by the tap. Safety instructions: Risk of scalding! When filling and transporting hot bags, wear closed shoes, long pants, and light aprons. Do not hold or pass hot bags over people.
